journ\u00e9e d&rsquo;\u00e9tude a \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9e pour pr\u00e9senter une \u00e9tude sur le temps judiciaire et la r\u00e9forme du syst\u00e8me de justice, dans le cadre de laquelle le cadre conceptuel de l&rsquo;\u00e9tude, son importance th\u00e9orique et pratique et les parties qui s&rsquo;y rattachent sont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s comme les probl\u00e8mes que l&rsquo;\u00e9tude
